We have to be honest with ourselves. Our days of being able to match with our mini’s are likely numbered or going to take an extended hiatus between the ages of 13 and 35 when they’ll see the light and realize we were right about everything. That’s how it works, right?

So while I can, I’m going to soak up these moments of being able to put my child in whatever I want and for cruising, this means Mommy and Me matches! Don’t judge! I typically save the sets for formal night, so don’t worry, we don’t go crazy every night.

When I’m looking for a matchy matchy set, these are my go to’s!.

Lilly Pulitzer has some to die for Mommy and Me sets for little ones of all ages, from 0-3 months to tweens! On the pricier side, I typically buy them when I know I’ll get multiple wears out of them or I find a great deal on the Facebook BST boards. Lilly Pulitzer BST is a great one and Lilly Pulitzer Minnies Made to Match.

Cabana Life offers great options for sunny vacations. Their clothes offer 50 UPF and we don’t turn down an extra layer of sun protection. This dress above (Mommy) is a lightweight breathable material with some stretch and fits true to size. I wear an 8 or Medium in most brands and the M in this dress was a perfect fit. Pineapple Clothing has LOADS of Mommy and Me matches and the prices cannot be beat- especially if it’s not something you see yourself wearing again- but they have great prints and solids that could easily transition into an occasion on land after your sailing.
