Royal Caribbean Will Offer FlexPay to All Guests This Year

FlexPay is a new no fee payment program that Royal Caribbean has recently launched through travel advisors that allows guests booked with a travel agent to schedule up to ten scheduled payments leading up to their final payment.

Today, during the weekly travel advisor call, Juan Silva, VP of Digital Sales at Royal Caribbean commented that this feature would be coming to all guests, including those not booked with a travel advisor, later this year.

Guests who have made a deposit on their cruise will be able to break up their balance in up to ten payments. The dates, amounts, and card on file can all be modified.

This is a great option for guests who want to plan ahead!

An important feature, or capability, of FlexPay to mention is that guests using FlexPay can still have their sailings repriced when new sales start. This smart system will automatically rebalance the total and calculates the new payments amounts and final payment. Users can also cancel at any time.

Stay tuned for more updates and the launch of this great planning tool!
