What We Know About Freedom of the Seas First Sailing with Kids

We will be adding information here as we receive it. Moms at Sea member, YouTube Blogger, and Disney Mom, Shannon Ford is currently onboard and, so far it seems, kids are not being allowed in any of the vaccinated only areas. She has said the cruise feels “more normal than not” and that was good to hear!

From Royal Caribbean cruiser Stan Gordon on Freedom of the Seas Cruisers

“Having the purple wristband means you passed the health screening to board the ship. The green sticker on your card mean you passed the onboard safety requirements.” Unvaccinated passengers will have a hole punched in their SeaPass cards. While in The Bahamas all guests are expected to comply with all local mask and physical distancing regulations citing a $250 fine or one month imprisonment for failure to adhere. Masks are required on board except when outdoors, physically eating or drinking, or at indoor events for vaccinated passengers.
