Moms at Sea is now able to CONFIRM that Royal Caribbean has updated their infant policy to consider visits to Coco Cay and St Kitts a Sea Day.
The policy states that infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise.
The EXCEPTIONS to this rule, that require an infant to be 12 months of age are:

For transatlantic, transpacific, Hawaii, select South American and other selected cruises

Any cruise that has 3 or more days consecutive at sea will require infants to be 12 months old on the first day of the cruise
The policy has always been that infants could not board sailings with three or more consecutive sea days, but until now, Coco Cay and St Kitts were not counted as sea days.
Stops at Perfect Day at CocoCay and Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis, are now considered sea days under this policy update. Therefore, as an example, an itinerary with a stop at Perfect Day at CocoCay followed (or preceded) by two consecutive days at sea, or a stop at Perfect Day at CocoCay between days at sea, actually is considered to have three consecutive days at sea.
The policy is typically guided by distance to emergency services and insurance requirements.
While this updated rule only limits a small number of sailings, it is important to verify that yours is mot one of them as Royal states in the guideline that anyone who shows up at port will be denied boarding without being ordered a refund or compensation.
